How to shop with BioVitaWeb?
The fastest way to find a specific product is to select a category from the menu on the left side of our homepage or by using the Search field. You can search for a product name, product category, a name or an item number.
Specify the quantity and put it into the shopping cart
Specify quantity and flavor or size and click "Add to Cart". After you have chosen all products, click on "Checkout".
Log in or Create an account
If you are already a customer at BioVitaWeb, simply click "Returning Customer". Please log in here." and enter your e-Mail address and password. The order form will be filled out automatically with your information. If your billing- or shipping address changed, please correct it.
If you are a new customer, fill out the form and also enter a password. Please be aware that the password is case sensitive. By using the email address and password, you will be able to log into your customer account during your next visit on our website. Your data is absolutely save with us - we will never share your data with anyone else.
Ship to a different address
In case you want us to deliver your order to a different address, click on checkbox "Change Address" and enter your Shipping address by setting the Dropdown to New Address.
Select a payment method
Choose your preferred method of payment and enter the required info.
Review and place your order
If all the information on the Order Page is correct, click "Continue". All your personal information will be transmitted to us encrypted (SSL - Secure Socket Layer) so that it cannot be read by anyone as it travels over the Internet.
If you choose PayPal or Multisafepay as your payment method, you will be transferred to their website after clicking "Continue". After finishing the payment you will be transferred back to the Supplement Boost Website, where you can review your order confirmation.
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by email with all the details or your order and an order number. In case you chose prepayment, the email will also contain our account information.
After we have shipped your order you will receive a Shipping Confirmation by email with the Tracking code. By clicking it you can track your order online. You can also review the status of your order in your Customer Account.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you have made an order and want to change or cancel it, log into your Customer Account on our website and check if your order is still in progress or has already been completed. You can change or cancel orders which are still in progress. Simply send us an email or call us and we will do it for you. If your order has already been shipped, please refuse the parcel upon delivery. This way it will be sent back to us immediately. At the same time please inform us that the order will be returned to us.
Is it possible to shop without "Cookies" activated?
Cookies are numbers which are stored in your web browser if you visit our website. Cookies and Java Script make it possible to use all features and to shop conveniently on our website. Cookies and Java Script must be activated to make it possible to add items to your Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout or sign into your Account.
