Delivery times and returns
Most of the products offered on our web site are constantly in stock. If an item should be out of stock we will inform you by email. We process your order immediately and usually it should be ready for shipping within 24 hours.
If we receive your order by 1:30pm and all requested products are in stock, it will be shipped the same workdays. In case any items are not in stock, we will let you know by e-mail or telephone and arrange a partial delivery, if you wish. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. The status of your order can be viewed at any time in your account.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items no questions asked within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. In any case we will cover the cost and risk of the return shipment. We will refund the purchase price within 7 days of receiving your return shipment. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Wrong or damaged items
If we made a mistake and you did not receive the items you ordered or if the items you received are damaged, please call us or write an email or give us a call. After receiving the exchange or replace shipment you are required to return the original shipment within 30 days. In any case we will cover the cost and risk of the return shipment.
If you receive a damaged package make a complaint immediately with the delivery person and refuse to take the package. Also contact us and we will send you a replacement for the damaged items free of charge.
